June 3—Newly appointed Integrated School Principal (ISP) Br. Alexander Diaz FSC announced that Batch ‘20 will receive their 2nd Semester Final Report Card and High School Diploma following a “drive through” scheme.
This will be the first set of students to receive their physical report cards after the online viewing of report cards through Ranger360 last May 19.
In the recent statement released on official La Salle Green Hills (LSGH) social media pages and Ranger360, the claiming of report cards and diplomas for Grade 12 students will be done on June 10 and June 11.
Clusters of Grade 12 sections will be designated to a schedule spread out from 8:30 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon where a parent or representative of the student will claim the report card and diploma for him.
The ISP delegates the last schedule of June 11 for those who cannot attend to their assigned distribution schedule, along with Grades 12M and 12N.
Campus security remains heightened for going down the vehicle and loitering on campus grounds will be restricted.
Minimal health standards must still be observed during the distribution.
The latest statement also specified specific documents pertinent in claiming the report card and diploma of the graduate: the graduate’s valid LSGH ID for SY 2019 – 2020 (original or snapshot), a labelled long brown envelope with the graduate’s Grade and Section visible from a distance, and a working ballpen.
A valid government ID of the representative may be presented in the absence of the graduate’s ID.
Ballpens will also not be provided or shared on-campus.
It is also stressed that representatives with incomplete requirements will not be entertained to enter the campus grounds.
For this “drive through” scheme, the usual morning traffic scheme entering Gate 6 will be followed; security guards will verify the necessary requirements when claiming the report card and diploma before allowing entry to Gate 6.
The car rider’s waiting area from the Br. Donato Center for Performing Arts to the Kapatid Statue will be the venue where the report cards and diplomas will be distributed.
At the distribution table, all pertinent documents will be verified once again by school personnel before the report card and the diploma can be released. The parent or representative of the Grade 12 student will sign a list to receive the report card and diploma.
After receiving the said documents, the vehicle may exit the campus grounds.
For those who cannot claim their report card and diploma on-campus, Br. Alex indicated that courier delivery is possible.
Areas within Metro Manila may last for a week while it will take as long as three weeks for places outside NCR.
No further details on courier delivery were explained in the latest statement.
Following the development of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in NCR, the Graduation Ceremonies for Grade 12, together with Grade 6 and Adult Night High School (ANHS) remain postponed.
In addition, no statement is released regarding the claiming of diplomas for Grade 6 and the graduating ANHS batch.
